Architect Victor M. Villegas, AIA - Principal
Villegas is the founder of arquiteg - architects and planners. His practice started in 1976 with a group of architects, but after further growth, Villegas decided to create his own firm in 1991 in Old San Juan. He is extremely knowledgeable in designing, construction, estimating, collaborating, and anything and everything in between. In 2004, Villegas moved arquiteg to Miramar due to the firms growth and accessibility.
Architect Andres M. Villegas, AIA, LEED AP:BD+C - Architect
Andres joined arquiteg in the summer of 2010 as a student and intern. He has a masters in architecture with a concentration in real estate development. He has vast knowledge in designing, computer modeling, and rendering.
Architect Ricardo Muñiz Guillet - Architect/Designer II
Before joining arquiteg, Ricardo worked for two years in a design firm in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Since then he has been in charge of developing preliminary and construction drawings for the current projects of the firm, as well as researching construction materials.
Monica Solorzano -Jr Architect
After five years of working at arquiteg, Monica has become a vital component of the firm. She has worked on numerous designs, aiding the firm in completion and final drawings coordination of the projects realized in the past years. She has a vast knowledge in the development of construction details.
Claudia Antunez, AIT - Senior Architect
For the past fifteen years, Claudia has specialized institutional and in residential design. She has supervised and worked on numerous projects for our institutional and government clients on the West side of Puerto Rico, bringing her knowledge and expertise to all matters of cost estimates and construction management.
Mildred Gisela Perez, P.E. - MG Engineering & Environmental
Mildred Gisela has been collaborating with out firm for the last five years. She has been responsible for the electrical design of many projects such as: Oriental Bank and Trust, Walgreens, Pharmaceutical designs, Parque de Bombas in San Lorenzo, and many recreational facilities around Puerto Rico, among others.
Victor Seda, Surveying Consultant - Surveytec Consulting Group, Inc.
With 15 years of practice, Victor has a vast experience with projects that include hospitality, institutional, health, and housing. He has been collaborating with us for the past six years in projects such as Special Communities of San German, Lajas, Yauco, and Guanica, as well as Sports Facilities in the Municipality of Rio Grande.
Enrique Blanes Palmer, P.E. - E.B.P. Design Group, Civil Engineers

Jorge has designed multiple sophisticated High Volume Air Conditioning Systems for historical restoration projects in Old San Juan. As the principal of his own firm, he has designed mechanical projects for pharmaceutical, government, institutional, and educational facilities.
