Deliz Apartment – Arquiteg

The project consists of the renovation of a 1,400 sq ft apartment located in the exclusive neighborhood of Isla Verde, Puerto Rico. The original intention was initially started with the renovation of the apartment’s kitchen but ended up in a complete remodeling. The main intention in the process was to maximize the space while modernizing the residence. Hi-technology devices such as electric hurricane shutters, camera surveillance, intercom system, and internet availability on all interconnected flat-screen displays were some of the innovations added to the apartment. Custom made furnishings with high end finishes provide an enhanced composition of space and superior circulation. A combination of natural illumination and the efficient use of artificial lighting contribute to the dwelling’s comfortable ambiance.
