García-Córdova Residence

Located in San Juan, a newly engaged couple requested our architectural services for designing their home that would be built as soon as they got married. The young and energized couple requested a man-cave, large centralized kitchen, and a large pool that blended with the terrace and interior of the house. The other important request was to blend their large patio with the house. Given their budget was limited, it had to be simple yet elegant. This three bedroom, three and a half bathroom house was the result of a team collaboration between the clients ideas and our interpretation of them. The main attraction of the house is the openness that was designed between the back rooms of the house and the patio. This openness will allow the owners to access their incredibly large patio from their master bedroom, their living room and their man-cave, making the patio an exterior hallway.
