The project’s scope is to significantly improve the complete extension of this nature-enclosed marina for the benefit of those fond of fishing. These improvements include the renovation of existing facilities for commercial and recreational fishing, a restaurant, and a viewpoint area. It aims to create an attractive focal point for recreation in areas of fishing, appreciation of the green landscape and tropical wildlife, and a gastronomic experience for visitors. The existing marina is located at the shoreline of the river Espiritu Santo in Rio Grande at the end of Road 187, adjacent to the lavishing property of Bahia Beach Resort and Golf Club. The ecological approach to the improvements of the marina aims to preserve the flora and fauna surrounding this remote location, the regulation of runoff waters, and refurbishing nearby amenities.
